The origin of learning style dates back to 1970s, later on, it has attracted the attention of many scholars. Learning style has been defined variously as particular way of learning, or individuals ' preferred and best manner of thinking and learning. Pritchard (2009, p.41) defines it as "Habits, strategies, or regular mental behaviors concerning learning, particularly deliberate educational learning that an individual displays". Kolb 's model of learning style is based on experiential learning theory. According to his view the best learning happens when all four these approaches are incorporated. Lotfi Kashani, et al. (2012) in a study tried to interpret the relationship between emotional intelligence and educational achievement. They conducted a correlative study and 100 students were selected according to convenience sampling. These students completed Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire developed by Bradberry and Greaves (2003). The result of this study indicated that there was no statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and the students ' end of the term diploma degree.
