After World War 1 had ended, the world leaders spoke seriously to prevent upcoming future wars but since Hitler had come to power, Hitler violated the treaty of Versailles and began to make his army. Hitler reoccupied the Rhineland and militarized it with the army. He created a lot of many new tactics and military strategies that stunned the European nations before World War II. One of the military tactics he used was Blitzkrieg which was also known as the "Lightning war" but before that Hitler had to test it on a nation. Hitler stunned Europe with the speed and efficiency of the German attack on Poland.
In the end Stalin became leader. Hitler’s rise to power very different, following a great depression Germany has economic problems, Hitler who was very powerful, charismatic and inspiring promises to resolves their issues. And became leader of Germany. This makes their rise to power very different Stalin by trickery and Hitler by inspiring
The Arduous Struggle Against Communism The Cold War was not the stereotypical war, instead, it involved many different strategies and approaches to try and resolve a conflict between two great powers. Although the United States and Soviets had fought together during World War II, they soon entered a time of pressure between the two, better known as the Cold War. The textbook explains the policy of containment as a way of fighting communism with the use of the military, military aid, and economic aid(Ayers,et al 819). The three presidents that were in office during the Cold War preferred using different aspects of the policy and each president’s mistakes helped influence the next president 's choices. Before the Cold War, Truman had been the one to make the final decision to use the first nuclear bomb and he saw the devastation it had brought with it.
Hitler in the time of the war had not been regarded as an anti-Semitic (Willmot, 2014, p. 123). Many historians are not certain when Hitler became ant-Semitic. Epstein (2003, p. 48) states that in Hitler’s book chapter 2 of Mein Kampf, he relates to how he became “an anti-Semite”. At first the allegations against the Jews in Vienna shocked Hitler but after careful observation, “that the gross charges against Jews were all true” (Epstein, 2003, p. 48). Hitler then states in his book that Jews are both communists and capitalists, that they are “traffickers in the white slave trade, that they were responsible for Germany’s surrender in the First World War, if not stopped, they will destroy the civilized world” (Epstein, 2003, p.
However, more specifically, the Central Powers had weak and unreliable Allies such as Austro - Hungary and the Ottoman Empire which both collapsed, leaving Germany isolated. While on the other hand the Allied Forces had powerful allies such as the USA which could contribute greater resources of men and materials. Furthermore, the British had put in place a Naval Blockade prevent the passing of cargo of any ships that attempted to pass through, this was very effective and starved much of Germany’s population. Lastly, Germany’s two front with Russia greatly weakened German forces and had larger repercussions later on. Although these are all important causes, the most factor that
While we can easily argue that Nazi Germany and Hitler’s rule was a totalitarian regime there were some aspects of the German life that were not controlled by the Nazis and there were some groups who managed to see through the front that Hitler was putting and opposed him. Education and the German Youth is a big example of indoctrination and the Nazi totalitarian regime as what was taught to the future of Germany was very selective. Teachers who had been teaching throughout the Weimar Republic saw this new method of teaching in a different way than younger people and as such many of them were fired because the Nazi’s feared that they might teach the german youth the old ways which Hitler viewed as a period of weakness and failure. For the children living in Germany at the time of Hitler’s rule, the Nazis were a new and exciting thing and when the Hitler youth was formed children felt like they were a part of something and even enjoyed wearing the uniform. They were also taught to love Hitler which is now seen as a form of indoctrination because you are teaching kids that not liking Hitler is a crime.
I think the most significant cause of WW1 was the alliance system. This was most important because different countries would not be involved if they weren’t allies. Before the war happened, Russia, France and Britain had formed an alliance- the Triple Entente. All three countries think that Germany would be a threat to them. Russia thinks that Germany’s army base is too big; UK thinks that Germany’s wealth and navy increased to threaten UK; The relationship between Germany and France had been sour as Germany stole a land from France, and had been in a long-standing feud with Germany from then.
Analysis and Reflection on Nazi Revolution “Deliberate before you begin, then execute with vigor”. Hitler followed this folk adage and implements it well. However, his behavior is not in a good faith. It is hard to imagine that an ineducation person took the whole country as a war apparatus to achieve his horrible goal. Human beings need to reflect on that terrifying disaster.
The Yugoslavian, Russian, and French Resistances impacted Hitler’s army and the outcome of the war. The major resistances that had the largest impact were outside of Germany. However, there was a small resistance in Germany. When Adolf Hitler outlawed communist and leftist groups, the some of the members created a resistance. While the German resistance did not do a lot, they did inform the other countries about the violence of the Nazi regime and how Nazism was a threat.
Throughout ww2 propaganda seemed to be the main thing that got into everybody 's head. It changed the way that they thought about other countries and the way that they thought about their own country. Hitler did a great job at using propaganda to control the minds of his country, but he didnt use it for good. It wasn 't just in Germany that propaganda was used. It was used it just about every country but mainly in Britain, France and America.
