I am using a sample as it makes the investigation fair and also means a range of unbiased results are created from it.

Upon review of the employees note regarding filing a grievance under our contract, I would provide the employee a copy of the Contract agreement between Vanderbilt University and Laborer’ International union of North America, FL-CIO and have the employee review article 11- Grievance Procedure. I will recommend the employee provide a letter of grievance to their supervisor by seven calendar days from the moment the incident occurred. The Supervisor will have seven days to respond to you in order to schedule an appointment to discuss the problem. The supervisor should respond in writing regarding the informal complaint within seven calendar days from the meeting that was held regarding the complaint with you as the employee.
The Remix Project was the assignment that I feel we were given the most freedom with. The directions were simple; create a video that helps you become more aware of the rhetorical choices you make. We were allowed to adopt pieces from our previous papers in order to complete this task. What did each project teach us, who was our audience in each piece, and what rhetorical devices were used were the kinds of questions we pondered. One of the most important questions we asked ourselves was how did the pieces we composed fit together.
From 2011-2014, I led a South Asian Bible Study group in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In our group, we had members from different backgrounds and nationalities such as: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Thailand, England, and the US. During that time, we noticed that many Pakistani Christian families, who fled from Pakistan because of persecution and draconian blasphemy laws, were seeking asylum in Thailand. My team members and I invited the Christian refugee families in our Bible study group and tried to assist them, as much as we could, so they can adjust to their new surroundings. The English language skill was one of the barriers for Pakistani Christian refugees, because most of Thai tourism jobs require good communicative English language skills, even for a mediocre job.
As I am from diverse background that is raised in the Pakistan and experienced high school and college life in the United States, I often had to go through various difficulties to know what people consider acceptable behavior and what is deviant behavior. Because of this experience, I have gotten better at understanding people. This is very important as this personal characteristics helps me to make sure I do not ending up disrespecting people. By listening to people and observing their actions and their response to different situations, I try to analyze and understand their culture and their moral beliefs. Because of this skills, I try to approach people and interact with them in the best way possible and make a positive difference in their lives.
