Please note, during the time of this incident, i was working in the capacity of a patrolman with the hollywood police department, operating a marked hollywood police vehicle with police insignia prominently displayed upon it, in full police uniform. on the above date, time, at the above location, i was dispatched to the 1700 Jefferson street, which is in the city of hollywood florida, located within the jurisdictional limits of broward county, in reference to a fight that just occurred. While en-route Dispatch advised the following; Compliant (who later wished to remain anonymous) advised two white males fighting in the middle of the roadway, at the above location. The complaint further advised the subjects are approximately one block away from the above location. Complainant further advised one of the subjects was last seen wearing a green tee shirt and blue jeans. The other white male was last seen wearing no shirt, and dark shorts. Citera advised me that he prior to officers arrival, he got into a verbal altercation, with his cousin, James Carlisle due to be heavily intoxicated and wanting to fight due to past issues. Citera he and Carlisle had a verbal altercation outside of Carlisle residence (1625 Madison Street apt 2). On Wednesday 10-14-15 at approximately 1700 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Hard were advised by dispatch that Debra Vanblaricom was at the station asking to talk to an officer. Debra wished to report an assault on her granddaughter. We met with Debra in the Police Department to speak with her. Debra stated that she feared for her granddaughter 's safety.

P claims that at the precinct several MOS assaulted him causing him to lose vision in one eye. MOS Carlos Sierra was not present at the precinct for the incident.
SYNOPSIS: At 0903 hours, on May 5, 2016, I, Cpl. Lessane, with the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office, responded to Yemassee Police Department, in the Yemassee area of Hampton County, in regards to an verbal assault between an Insurance Agent and the Mayor of Yemassee. Bobby Arnett, agent from All State stated he was threatened by the Mayor of Yemassee, Jerry Cook, when he attempted to go recover an vehicle from Jerry’s Used Cars. Mr. Arnett stated upon his arrival, Mr. Cook arrived at his business shortly after him and made verbal threats to kill him.
In this case, Sergeant Randy Baker from Tulia, Texas Police Department attempted to make to arrest an individual that he knew had an arrest warrant out for him. Carlus Ingram and P.P.O Harris responded to Interstate 70 Westbound exit ramp at Salisbury Street for a call for a “Department Accident.” After responding they were advised by Driver 2 that he was stationary on Interstate 70 westbound at Walnut Street relative to a call for construction debris on the highway. Driver 1 was traveling westbound on Interstate 70 approaching the rear of Driver 2 patrol vehicle. On 7-22-2016, I, Richard Reyes was dispatched to a call for criminal trespassing at 12625 Wetmore Rd, San Antonio, TX. at approximately 0800 hours. I arrived on site at 0818 hours, where there were 2 men arguing inside of the class room. I was accompanied by back-up officer Alysha Rosario, we separated the two men from each other and asked the suspect Johnny McGregor to step outside, and the Officer Rosario spoke with him and gathered his story. I stayed inside of the classroom and spoke with the victim Jose Robledo about the incident, where Jose explained to me that his step-brother Johnny has been using the car and has not been adding gas to it.

On October 31, 2015 at approximately 0050 hrs, I was dispatched to police headquarters for a report of simple assault. Upon arrival, I spoke to Brett Fink (victim/suspect) who stated in effect that on the above date and 0030 hrs, he was sitting in the driver side of his vehicle with window rolled down and he was having verbal argument with Brandt, which turned physical where Andrew Brandt (victim/suspect) punched his left year and side of his head. I saw that she was staggering from side to side as she walked to the patrol unit. Salseda was unable to walk steadily and she appeared as if she had difficulty maintaining her balance. Officer Gurrola advised me Salseda would not give a statement of the incident. I spoke with Victim Emmanuel Richard Guerrero, who told me the following information in summary: Guerrero stated he has been in a dating relationship with Salseda for approximately one year.
Under the supervision of Sergeant Smith #126458, Deputy Jones #220456 and I entered dorm 623 and searched for S/V1 Lopes and S/V2 Henry. I handcuffed and escorted S/V1 Lopes to the 625 dayroom pending a batter investigation. Deputy Jones handcuffed S/V2 Henry and escorted him to the 620 dayroom pending a battery investigation.
On 6/19/16 at 2341 hours my partner, Officer Acosta #0044, and I were working patrol assigned to unit 3A22. We responded to a radio call of “shots fired” in the area of 101 W. Washington Bl. Prior to our arrival, Sergeant Gomez #3196 arrived on scene and advised that there was a female, victim of a possible gunshot in front of 101 W. Washington Blvd. Sgt Gomez requested the Pasadena Fire Department (PFD), Rescue Ambulance, (RA) to respond. PFD stated they would stage until code-4.
A YouTube inquiry was conducted for "Unlawfully Arrested for Failure to Provide Identification". The search revealed a video posted by "Shawn Thomas". In the video you see a male white Sergeant with brown hair, dressed in plain clothes, and a male white Police Officer with blond hair, in uniform. No third officer is seen.
On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
On 09/18/2016, at approximately 2148 hours, at the Durango Jail located at3225 W Gibson Ln Phoenix, AZ 85009 an Inmate/Inmate fight had occurred in Durango 3 B Pod between Inmate Moothery, Naz T303229 and Inmate Sams, Worine T284566. Upon entering Durango 3 B Pod, Inmate Sams approached Inmate Moothery and begun fighting by Durango 3 B Pod door. Multiple strikes were thrown by both inmates until Inmate Moothery had fallen to the Pod floor. At that time Officer Serrano approached the pod door and gave both inmates commands to stop fighting. No radio call was made due to both inmates complying with the orders given.
