Homer Bryson has fulfilled the role of deputy commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources for the past four years. Before his existing position, Bryson served as colonel of the DNR Law Enforcement Section. Bryson presently the Georgia State Head Indemnification Commissioner, the Peace Officers Association of Georgia, and serves on the Peace Officers’ Annuity and Benefit Fund where he is the magistrate. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State College and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Columbus State University. Bryan P.
