Customer Satisfaction is the level of satisfaction a consumer gets when he purchases and uses any products or service. This study is to understand how the customers make the purchases and get satisfied with products and services they buy. The study of customer satisfaction is very important to understand the basic pulse of the consumers and their satisfaction level to the products and services the company offers.
