The Honda Pilot Specs and Features Introduced in 2002, Honda Pilot is a mid-size crossover SUV that firstly targeted the North American vehicle market. This model is the largest SUV from Honda with three-row seating features. The first generation Pilot was launched in June 2002 as a 2003 model.
