Honesty Can Save The Day Analysis

Sometimes a ‘little white’ can save the day. An old proverb says honesty is the best policy. I disagree with being honest at all times I think sometimes you can slip a little lie in here and there. First, I believe a lie can sometimes spare someone’s feelings. Second, I can sometime save my hide by telling a little lie to my parents when I need to. Last, at times I have to tell a lie or two to keep one of my friend’s secrets or my own secret from getting into the wrong hands. As can be seen an old proverb says honesty is the best policy but I disagree. First of all, if I can tell one of my relatives a little lie to prevent hurting their feelings I will. Maybe it is because of them getting me a bad gift on Christmas, Easter, or on my birthday and maybe I wanted a PlayStation four and they got me a Xbox one or maybe I wanted a Lego Batman set and they get me a Lego Spiderman set and I did not really like the Xbox one or the Lego Spiderman set I would say for example “, I love it thank you so much it is the best present I have received so far.” If a little lie the size of a mouse can prevent one of my loved one from feeling bad a will without a drought. If I hit on someone else’s girlfriend and someone rats on me and he wants to beat me up I can tell a lie and hopefully he will believe me and not beat me up. Also if I get in trouble I can tell a tiny lie and hopefully my parents will believe me which they usually do not but we can all dream. If I was to get a sneak peek at a Christmas present and seal it back up and hope nobody notices but somehow some way my parents do and I lie about it and hope they believe me which again usually they never but it is worth a try.
