The Hospital Experience 2020 We live in a world that is becoming more social and technologically evolving everyday, therefore as time rolls on more and more discoveries are being made. The world is evolving, this includes the hospital experience as well, there has been many advances found and many still being researched. This paper that I have written is what I propose/suppose would happen by the year 2020 in hospitals. Abstract The Hospital Experience in 2020 will bring with it cutting edge technology, offering tranquility to patients, faster results and more efficient service. Technology Specifications Nurses and doctors will be able to use glasses which would make it quite easier to find/see the patient's veins under the skin, making it much simpler when putting in an IV access. ("Here's What the Hospital Room of the Future Looks Like", 2016) Other advancements includes as mentioned above, the use of nanorobots, that would be placed into the patient via the route of injection, or swallowed to perform cellular repair. According to Nichol (2016) the use of these nanorobots will make it easier to monitor internal reactions to medications as well as to perform work at a cellular level.Other use of Robotics in the hospital 2020 vision is the use of Robots to perform hygiene needs of each room before a patient is admitted and when they are discharged. At present there is already one such robot that exists that goes by the name of Xenex.
