Task - The recruitment process practiced by hospitality and tourism related industry in that country as compared to Malaysia.
Recruitment is the process of filling vacancies by placing appropriate candidates. Before the recruitment process begins, the human resources department should determine whether the organization really needs a new staff and what the benefits if they hiring the new employee. It is also to help the department either they need the full time or part timer workers. This stage also requires the department to make a selection where selection involve choosing the most suitable candidate from among a group of applicants. The wrong recruitment decision will induce a negative impact on the department or company from various aspects such as the cost of loss if there are needed to recruiting a replacement or training replacement. This selection is also needed to ensure that departmental operations are working smoothly. There are few different step also the similarity of recruitment process between Malaysia and Germany which is because each country are depends on their cultural of employment especially in the tourism sector and hospitality.
