• A large number of hotels present in the country can fulfill the demand of the tourists.
• International players in the market such as Taj and Oberoi & International Chains can easily meet the needs of the international tourist travellers while they are on a visit to India.
• Manpower is very cheap in India. This provides better margins for Indian hotel industry.
• India offers readymade tourist destinations with the resources it has. Thus the magnet to pull customers already exists and has a large potential to grow.

With an aging population, there are fewer people to fill service industry jobs and hotels which can attract excellent staff have a greater chance of providing excellent and exceptional experiences to their guests. As part of their internet strategy all hotel chains should have a section on recruitment for employment. The other supplies that are needed by hotels are also easily attainable through internet channels whether originated by the supplier or by the hotel chain. This audit is basically done for the safety hazards prevalent in the organizations. Staff working in the kitchen and the Maintenance Department is mostly exposed to such hazards; a special attention is given to these areas. The entire hotel is scanned for all safety hazards existing that could turn out to be harmful in the near future, their photographs along with a detailed description of the problem is documented and sent to the HR manager for further action. This audit is done on a monthly basis.
