Introductions

Pullman Putrajaya Lakesides considers as one of the Accor hotel chain and been rectified as a 5 Star hotels. It is mainly owns by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd. This hotel contains of 282 rooms that include 33 service apartments among the 4 distinct buildings. Besides that, each blocked were named differently and represents each religion that had in Malaysia. Those blocks were called Lotus (Chinese), Bunga Tanjung (Malays), Raflessia (Borneo) and Jasmine ( India).

Moreover, hotels have a few dining and outlets area that surround the hotel such as B’S Restaurants The Village, Deli Pullman, China Bar Lounge. In fact, all of these outlets have located differently in the buildings. For examples, B’s Restaurants were located at the Bunga Tanjung , Level 1 which mainly serves buffet and contains all kinds of variety cuisines. The Village was located near the Laguna and it is facing the lake. It is usually served some local Tapas, Western, Fusion Cuisine and BBQ too. It also entertained by a Live Band that held over the weekend. Meanwhile, Deli Café, China Bar and others was located at the main lobby of Lotus Wing Plaza.

There are a few events places that can allow people to held their amazing events or meetings in the hotel. For examples, Wawasan rooms, Putra, Perdana , Bestari , Seri Bakti rooms and other functions rooms.

I even take the chance too look around the room what are the useful things to help me when dealing with calls so that it would be easier for me when I need it. Besides that, I am getting used to their standard greetings when guest calls over because they need our help to assist them while staying at this hotel. I even need to know what was their extension number for all departments because I will need to use it all the time when transferring certain calls. For example,
