Service can be defined as an action, implementation and impression, this product can be a tangible such as food or beverage or intangible for example that service it self that cannot be touch, bring home or tasted, however, the service of marketing can be divided into seven elements of product, which are Price, Product Service, Place or distribution, Promotion, Process, People and Evidence (physically) these elements we are called Marketing Mix. (McColl & Kennedy, 2003, P.3)
