Introduction

Best organization to work for around the world are places where employees are excited to go to daily , that related to the working environments and based on certain criteria of these organizations .I will discuss the working environments of housing bank for trade and finance in Jordan which known to be a great place to work for .
The Housing Bank is a powerful institution with a long history, it was established in 1973 as a public shareholding limited company with half a million JD as capital but The Bank was increased its capital several times during last years, it currently amounts 252 million JD .

A strong and fixed culture is an main element of the HBTF bank, it is in fact the golden key for its success, and it can influence how people determine their personal and professional objectives, perform tasks and administer resources to achieve them. The employees commitment levels to the organization different in general but housing bank culture affects the way in which they think clearly and unrealizable , and the way in which they make decisions and ultimately the way in which they recognize , sense and conduct.
The housing bank management believes that organizational culture can have important influence in organizations particularly in areas such as fulfillment and involvement.
HBTF culture involves designing and prioritizing the available means by using personal skills to help build active working relationship with others and reduce personal stress. The philosophy of training in the bank is represented in Providing highly qualified employees to face the developments in banking manufacture and achieving excellence over rival through high quality trainings.
And also Providing the employees with the necessary knowledge , skills and orientation wanted for bridging the holes in performance by comparing the required performance levels with the actual performance levels which present . They believe in Developing the skills of employees to arrange and simplify the work procedures, enhance productivity and decrease operational costs.
The bank is keen to meet the training needs and requirements of its employees through organizing courses at the training center of the bank and through sending employees to take part in the courses organized by other academy, in addition to participating in conferences organized in foreign consultancy and training institutions
