Stereotypes are common in today 's society. Everyone seems to have a compulsion to categorize others into various groups and then apply limited descriptions to these groups. This goes for the creative sector as well, they are often seen as chaotic or even anarchistic, definitely something you wouldn´t want in your neighborhood. This essay will look into why this stereotype is not true and how creativity improves livability.
Arts and culture contribute directly to the "sense of place" that makes these places so pleasant to be around.
Creativity makes places more livable and improves the quality of life. Livability is completely subjective, and in this essay I’m going to explain why creativity is a major part in this.
This essay will first consider what creativity and the quality of life are. It will then go on to describe how creativity improves livability. The third part compares creativity to chaos. Finally, some conclusions will be drawn as to why creativity does improve the quality of life.

It mainly focuses on the positive and negative aspects of life. Considering it’s all subjective, it means that there is no measuring scale. There is one that is often used which is called the where-to-be-born index. Keeping in mind that quality of life is completely subjective, I’m going to dismiss this measuring tool seeing like I feel like it’s trying to put feelings into numbers which is something that can’t be done. Quality of life also depends on where you live, in what culture you grew up in, and what values you learned in life. This means that every individual is different, and there is no way to try and measure everyone in the same
