7. Emotional effect and stagnation in personality development: - continuous noise exposure of high level noise causes stable reactions in the individuals and disturbing his personality make up. The lowered performance level among children may develop feeling of inadequacy, lack of confidence, etc. It is observed that people suffering from hypertension, isomania, fatigue, blood pressure and deafness show symptoms of living in noise pollution areas.
8. Acoustical privacy: - Acoustical privacy got affected by the noise pollution. Lack of acoustical privacy has been experienced by people living in multi-storey buildings built with light weight construction materials. For example- people feel upset, acoustic wise, in living in a glass house.
