How positivity can change your lives The decision of switching your way of thinking from a negative to a positive way can change your life. Every person decides her or his life style. Each one of us is capable of changing his or her life. I don’t think that people have bad lives because it’s their fortune and it’s meant to be. Instead, I think that they are capable of creating their own lives and the “fortune” is just an excuse to give up. People look for excuses to give up on being positive because they lack the knowledge of its benefits and effects on health, mind state and career. Positivity might be the key for a happy and a successful life. I don’t think it’s just displaying a fake smile and pretending to be pleased and positive. Norman Vincent Peale the author of the book “The Power of Positive Thinking” discusses in it his theory that positive thoughts have the power to influence your success in life. He says: according to quantum physics, the reason behind the power of positive thinking is that your thoughts have a “frequency and a corresponding unique vibration that will attract other aligned frequencies into your life”. So basically, negative thoughts will lead to negative events while positive thoughts will lead to positive events.
