It is possible to affect your happiness
Our happiness is conditioned by a multitude of factors that impact on us since our birth. Each of us has the ability to modify some of these factors and thus affect their happiness.
Everything is connected, one pulls the other, the other pulls the third, and so on. Therefore we can say that there is a reason why someone like that a someone or that. Of course it has a bias and that despite the best education, some children become examples of unfortunate people, while others have lived next to a lot of pain fail to walk the path of happiness. All this shows that this world is a wonderful and magical and that it hides much more than any of us can imagine. But I still can draw some conclusions that are largely the creators of our emotions.
What creates our life and our happiness?
The Company creates Education
From society depends on what will be our education because society shapes our teachers who then, after the shape us. Under the teachers understood everything that affects us: parents, television, schools and more.
For example, those who have grown up in India of the most respected of all animals the cow and it is for them a sacred animal, because the company has for years based on this view.
Education creates habits
Education is something that creates our habits.

For example, society and our teachers have taught us that we need to be successful to be happy. This means that we will seek their happiness through this success and are constantly trying to be as successful as possible in order to make you happier. But since it is impossible to be truly happy on the basis of external factors, we the true happiness in fact almost never even feel it. Will experience some moments of apparent happiness when, for example, get a lot of money or achieve success at work or when this would have been, they would still unhappy because we connect our happiness with success. And mostly because the society in which we live based on such
In his article "In Pursuit of Happiness: Better Living from Plato to Prozac," Mark Kingwell describes how there has been many debates on the meaning of happiness for many years yet still a singular, justifiable definition eludes society. The pursuit to define and understand happiness has invited several debates, questions, arguments, and suggestions alike. In 1996, a hand full of genetic and behavioral studies suggest evidence that one’s achievable degree of happiness is genetically decided, with evidences showing that no achievement will change your happiness, you are either happy or you’re not. Some studies demonstrated a correlation between dopamine levels in the brain and expressions of personal satisfaction, while others indicated that
(Rand 37). This proves that if a society strips you of their free will then you cannot be happy for you must seek out what makes you happy to incite the emotion; nothing ever came from sitting and waiting for it to arrive. This is another reason why there is not a correlation to a society that at the very least appears to be happy and content and happy members of said
Happiness Finds You Finding happiness is a journey that many people call life. Being happy is a main goal of our world. Society tries to sell happiness as money, and pleasure, and feeling good all the time. However, it is impossible to control life.
In the article “Stop Trying to be Happy,” Mark Manson states that nowadays, people are striving so hard to be happy, while happiness is something in their self. However, most of them do not realize that when they do something they like, that is not a happiness, it just a pleasure. The problem why people are unhappy is, they always do something on other people expectations, not struggle to reach their expectation. Moreover, negative emotion is important to release unnecessary thing in our self, it keeps a happiness steady. Most people, always do something that is hard for themselves, but they keep try to do it, even they are fail.
It is important to want to obtain true happiness instead of just having it
People miss the fact that happiness comes from within. In an attempt to find joy – we must also be cautious about over excessive desire to acquire material objects and wealth. There is a delicate balance that must be reached between the pursuit of happiness, satisfaction, and contentment. While there are many conditions that fulfill ones emotional wellbeing, happiness and how we acquired it, depends upon the
I believe that pursuing happiness as a goal has detrimental effects. As a society, we tend to believe that we need to be full of joy at all times, but that isn't realistic - life happens. By attempting to be cheery all the time, you will never be genuinely content. You will always be searching for more and won't be satisfied with what you have, creating a permanent cycle of gloom rather than bliss.
It is also being dependent on things like morality and wealth that end up making you more of a slave. False happiness is extremely dangerous. False happiness is false in summary because it makes you think you are self sufficient, are based on
Successfully Finding Happiness “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” (Buddha) The quote above is spoken by Buddha (The enlightened one) who was a religious figure during 6th century B.C..
I do think we are in control of our own happiness because I think the human controls how we feel on a day to day bases because of the actions we do so really I do think we control our own happiness just how we control our actions. So One example is our decisions that we do during the day make our happiness because if you start thinking about all this negative stuff you won't be happy therefore like say if your in school and all this negative stuff starts to happen you just got to deal with it because if you don't then that shows that your not a strong person inside and that any little thing will bother and will ruin your day and so if you just know how to deal with it and put it aside and not let it break your happiness then that shows that
This happiness “set-point” can come to a point of equilibrium and be reset. Factors like heredity and the environment correlate to how a person feels and how he gets to moderate his mood swings. Yet, 40 percent of a person's happiness is something that he can control. Thus, it is safe to say that happiness is a choice. It just depends on the person to decide if he wants it or not.
Happiness can be viewed from many perspectives. Individuals display their happiness in countless ways, could be having someone to speak to on good and bad times, happy relationships, passing an exam, having your loved ones alive and healthy can be happiness to you the list goes on. It all comes down in the way you view things in life. In my opinion it is about the energy you display or attract. When you give off positive energy into the universe you attract positive energy in return.
If you know the tools for happiness, then you’ll make it work like magic Happiness might be in the smallest of the things but sometimes the material things won’t give you permanent feeling of joy, you might be happy with those things for a shorter time but it won’t be long lasting. Just as learning new skills requires effort, you will have to strive and work hard to achieve real, long lasting happiness. 2. If you are satisfied with everything you’ve, you might lose the motivation to achieve more and be more happy Happiness is something that boosts up your energy.
A collection of philosophical, religious, psychological and biological approaches had attempted to define happiness and analyze its connections. Researchers have found that about 50% of people happiness depends on our genes, based on studies of identical twins, whose happiness was 50% correlated even when growing up in different houses. About 10% to 15% is a result of various measurable life circumstances variables, such as socioeconomic status, marital status, health, income, and others. The remaining 40% is a combination of intentional factors and the results of actions that individuals deliberately engage in to become happier. Studies have also found that most of us are born with a fixed “set point” of happiness that we fall in throughout our lives.
