Motivation is a psychological process through which unsatisfied wants or needs lead to drives that are aimed at goals or incentives (Luthans & Doh, 2012). The figure below represents the basic motivation process. Motivation is significant to any company such as Zong and Coca-Cola. The more inspired the employees usually are, the more energized the team can be. The more will be the team work in addition to individual employee side of the bargain, more profitable and successful will be the business.
