William Butler Yeats was one of the most famous poet in 20th century. He was protestant, Yeats was Irish. The Irish legends affected his works as it was clear in his poems and plays. George Bornstein presents Yeats as a poet who follows a sense of his experience. George Bornstein also praise Yeats for having beautiful poetry of modern times. The main idea of Yeats that George Bornstein discussed is the old age of the person that idea was clear through his career. George Bornstein expressed Yeats' theme and technique that changed according to growing through time. Thus, most of his discussing poems started and ended with old age and death.
