According to the author, mental health care consumers encounter structural barriers such as poverty, stigma, a lack of affordable accommodation, and limited employment opportunities. The study focuses on the impact of poverty on social relations, the role of informal support and strengthening relationships with family and friends. Interestingly, many consumers feel uncomfortable relying on family members and relatives for material support. The author also discusses that poverty may work against maintenance of family ties if consumers feel that they are burdens to their family, relatives or friends. This may act as a stressor impacting mental health consumers lives' and their ability to interact within their social networks.

Paul Krugman author of the article “Confronting Inequality” stresses the inequality of our social classes in the United States, he uses statistics to demonstrate the staggering consequences of this inequality within our social classes. One example Krugman uses is education; children that have wealthy families, have a higher percentage of finishing college than those of lower income families, proving the statement that Krugman was accentuating, “Class-inherited class- usually trumps talent.” The parents within this middle to lower class have been exceed their financial
John Jacob Astor Amassing a fortune through ingenuity and the leveraging of taboo businesses By Juan Acevedo The realization of the “American Dream” is often believed to be the result of core values such as honesty and hard work, but that was not the case with the first self-made United States mulit-millionaire. Although John Jacob Astor was familiar with the principles of hard work and honest earnings, he rejected a traditional path and built his wealth by capitalizing on a series of new opportunities. He anticipated societal needs, growing markets, and achieved the American dream through sanctioned and questionable business dealings.

In modern society, as Americans we often take money for granted. However, as stated both directly and indirectly in this work, there is much more to life than economics. We are fortunate enough to live in a community that does not discriminate based on financial standing to the extent that it once did. Nonetheless, it does not matter what your current financial standing is as long as you have people that care about you. The Youngers in A Raisin in the Sun always attempted to help each other whether they were in financial prosperity or turmoil.

One thing that may affect the decisions people make are social ranks. People may agree with his quote because they might have come from a small town or they did not have a lot of money. But those type of people usually have more imagination and a better view of how the world could be. On the article: How money changes the way we think and behave, in the video from 1:30 to 1:59 minutes the lady explains that although you may have a lot of money, it is still nowhere near having a good environment for your kids to live in or having family and friends near. If a child lived in an apartment, that child could be the next president because of the imagination that they might have.

Mosley goes on to tell us that we all deserve to live comfortable lives regardless of our social or economic class. In conclusion Mosley states that wealth should not define who we are and that we should all be treated equal that way we can all have equal opportunities to try to make it in this world.
I, nevertheless, hold that success not merely means money, statue, and reputation; it means that pursues what you wholehearted want, then making your pursuit is accessible, and enjoys this process. Some people suggest that owning a great deal of money is success, which has become the symbol of success. I
In Toni Morrison’s Song of Solomon and in Ron Rash’s short stories Blackberries In June and Speckled Trout, there are themes of wealth disparity and how it affects people. More specifically, most of the characters can be divided up into two groups; those who are wealthy and those who are not. Poorer individuals tend to view those who are wealthy as arrogant, out of touch or greedy. However, they also aspire to become rich themselves or at least be perceived as such.
In our world, people usually associate success with either money, money, or money. Success shouldn’t be about how much money we earn, how good our job is, or how famous we are. It should be about our own personal goals and aims in life. I think everyone’s definition of success is different. For each individual, success is something that makes them feel proud.
Being successful is not the result of having a lot of money. In order to be happy, being successful in your heart will make you successful in the outer world—to appreciate what you have because not everybody has
