1.1 Technology Influence Technology is defined as a branch of information that arrangements with the creation and utilization of specialized means and their interrelation with life, society, and the nature, drawing upon such subjects as mechanical arts, structure, connected science, and speculative science (Dictionary.com, 2018). The application of technology in different levels within the industry is to deliver the product and service to the specific market. The technology can be either supportive for building its operational efficiency or it may lead to be troublesome to maintain the firm productivity. (Sood & Tellis, 2011)

The disruptions are usually caused by three main domains. The first and foremost is technology itself acts as a disruptive when the innovated technology enters the firm and dominates by its performance from existing technology and the second factor is “highest-share technology refer to with the highest market share at the time a new technology enters the market” (Sood & Tellis, 2011) if the new entry technology is done mandatory to follow any particular process by comparing the market share of the firm before and after the use of innovative technology, and the last region of disruption arises in the demand when the overall market share of any particular product exceeds from the new technology in opposition to pre established technology (Sood & Tellis, 2011).
The impact of the new technology is lower if the performance is relatively same than the pre-existing technology and higher the impact if the new technology is continues incremental in its performance, component advancement but comparable same in its design with the pre-existing technology.
