Stop poisoning your body and break your junk food habit What is junk food? Junk food is a kind of unhealthy food that contains high levels of calories with less protein, vitamins or minerals. One bad meal can mess with your heart. The danger of the effects of junk food is that they are underestimated. You can't even imagine what will happen to your body after only one meal.
