I 'm Bill Fitts, your scout 's new Den Leader. Chris Jacobs will be helping me with all activities, as well as all of you. I was recruited, but to tell you the truth I was planning on helping at the least. I 'm truly excited about my son getting started in scouting, as I was a scout many years ago myself. Actually, I achieved Eagle scout and am very proud of that achievement. I would love to see all of our boys achieve that status as well. Scouting was an important role in my youth and I feel it truly shaped my character today.
