ON 05/01/2017 at approximately 1000 hours, Deputy Thacker and I, received a call from dispatch that the person living a t 7400 quail court, Tarrant County Tx, was tapping into the water line of their neighbors house at 7412 quail court, Tarrant County Tx. At approximately 1020 hours, Myself and Deputy Thacker arrived at 7412 quail court, I made contact with the owner Mrs. Rachel Gilliam. Mrs. Gilliam explained to me that she noticed an external hose connected to her water meter that was leading to 7400 quail court. I investigated the water meter belonging to 7412 quail court and saw that their was a hose connected into the water line that belong to 7412 quail court. I made contact with the owner of 7400 quail court, Brown, James (W/M, DOB 01/29/1989).
On 7-22-2016, I, Richard Reyes was dispatched to a call for criminal trespassing at 12625 Wetmore Rd, San Antonio, TX. at approximately 0800 hours. I arrived on site at 0818 hours, where there were 2 men arguing inside of the class room. I was accompanied by back-up officer Alysha Rosario, we separated the two men from each other and asked the suspect Johnny McGregor to step outside, and the Officer Rosario spoke with him and gathered his story. I stayed inside of the classroom and spoke with the victim Jose Robledo about the incident, where Jose explained to me that his step-brother Johnny has been using the car and has not been adding gas to it.

This investigation involves Ms. Evelyn Natali Hernandez a fourteen year old female Minnie Howard School student. I contacted the Court Services Unit and spoke to Intake Officer Darnell Norman who reported Ms. Hernandez had no prior contact with the Court.

I just wanted to follow-up from my previous email. I never heard from HR and wonder what the final decision was regarding getting reimbursement for the Certified Diabetes Educator exam. The $15,000 will be used for research, prototyping and experimentation/implementation. I will use the money to buy materials and equipment (not already at west point) that may be needed to create and test prototypes here at West Point. In terms of implementation, I would use the money to develop different models and travel to either Africa or India to test my final prototype. I would go to rural villages during the summer to observe and quantify the air conditioning unit’s usability, durability and effectiveness in action. This will allow me to continue to make changes until the air conditioning unit is perfect.

Officer Perez reports being dispatched to a disturbance at 11 Langton. Perez arrived on scene and met with Ann Mcelroy that stated she lost her phone and found that 2 kids had possession of the phone and was able to get the phone returned to her. Mcelroy stated she wanted to make a report of her phones information had been erased and was concerned of any personal information that was possibly had been taking prior to her getting her phone back. Perez had Mcelroy complete a witness statement form.

SCENERIO Baxter, a year three Aboriginal student who at age three developed a sensorineural hearing impairment after repeated exposure to Otitis Media. Baxter uses a cochlear implant on one ear, as the other was not viable. Unfortunately, due to bullying in previous years Baxter has limited confidence in his communication skills and will rarely speak aloud, except with the teacher privately, close friends, and family. Baxter often communicates using basic sign language, but relies heavily on gestures. He is currently working with a speech therapist to increase his speech and language skills and to increase his confidence.
