In order to choose each employee, the firms should provide decision rights to recruiters who have known strategic roles and requirements to recruit vary kinds of skilled, professional, experienced, and talented staffs who are suitable to work effectively. Only the talented company attracts talented people. Once we have a right knowledge of employee, we will take his/ her direction, culture of working, communication, know-how, and the most important of all, the leadership skills.

The human resource departments in BATC design an attractive working environment by providing satisfactory packages, motivation bonuses, non-financial recognitions, the opportunities to advancement, and international-recognized experiences.
