Part 2: Let’s recap and look ahead
The purpose of this part consists of analyzing my development regarding Resources Module through a self-reflection. Furthermore, as part of this unit reflection, certain topics will be approached and discussed by me in the following lines. Those subjects include a review over the current module and my newly acquired competences, a description of both PBL and workshop feedback and a discussion about my progress test results. Additionally, formulating SMART goals represent the last task of second assignment part.

However, because I am a first year student, only some subjects were part of this examination such as Communication, Food & Beverage, Intercultural Management, Management and Organization, Operations Management, Rooms Division, Strategic Management, Sustainability, Law, Marketing, HRM, Research and Finance. Therefore, I`ve examined my results per each subject in order to find the reasons of such unsatisfactory result and to examine possible solutions in order to pass this text next
Part 2 - Resource Management Resource Assignments Our resource assignments are achieved by the collaborative efforts of teamwork. We assigned 50 people to the project which is more than enough to help achieve our intended goals and the start and finish times of our scheduled project activities. The team avoided resource overload by setting up a project schedule that was realistic as part of effective project plan. Each team member was held accountable for tasks appropriately assigned; checking in to assure there were opportunities to share progress or ideas with the team.

the author is improved the author’s clarification by the rhetorical strategy of definitions of the article properly. Furthermore, readers will feel to be interesting through reasonable and a clear article. Shah composes eight sections into his article that has own heading in each sections. These sections are written by Introduction, Project Description, Owner’s Requirements, Design/Build Contract Negotiation, Final Contract, Result, Conclusion, and Acknowledgements. Combining views By adopting layers as the basic component of work assignment and implementation, we will combine the allocation views (implementation and work assignment) with module views (decomposition) for each stakeholder. Before the work assignment is assigned a value it is important to know which module is allocated to which layer. This way module decomposition and layers go along with each other and by making this decision it reduces three views from the system architecture. Rationale Reason behind choosing the component and connector view is to display the concurrent process execution between the system components.
To find a valuable solution for a difficulty it is essential to assess how the problem functions. The current cognitions,
Once chapters were written, feedback from the critical colleague and Dr. Wilcox helped evaluate errors in logic as well as grammar and mechanical issues that would raise questions to the competency and credibility of the researcher. Having a professional, quality action research project will facilitate the collecting of data from the stakeholders and will give confidence for sharing the results and conclusions. The objectives of the 692 Research Methods and Design Course were met successfully in that they were completely embedded in the coursework. The effectiveness of the course was demonstrated as it was impossible to discuss the learning provided in the course without direct references to the objectives.
the project, this will be include creating the interfaces, building the application logic, creating the database and integrating all the three tiers to meet the functional requirements laid out in the project specification. Testing phase – 1 week This stage involves unit and integration testing of all the modules implemented in the previous stage following the test plans laid out in design phase. Test results are to be created to demonstrate the effectiveness. Testing will focus on security, performance, usability and accessibility of the

1.1 Introduction In today’s environment, the ownership is on us, as an individual to take responsibility for our own development, rather than expecting our organization to do it for us. The question, which always ponders over mind is does my personal skills suits to today’s dynamic world? If not, how do I move forward? Finally, I will look into how I undertake participation in networks to enhance personal knowledge, skills and work relationships, identify and develop new skills to achieve and maintain a competitive edge.
