Regarding the strength and weakness of this article I have found many aspects. First I would like to discuss the strengths of this article. Basically the author has done a good job in this article. Author has selected the simple and clear title which is attractive in nature and it is also illustrating the theme of the article too. Another good thing about this article is that there is proper flow of information. Author has successfully delivered the information in a proper flow. He has utilized the ideas and concepts that are easy to understand. So because of this almost all type of readers could get benefit from this article. Another strength of this article is that the contents of this article are of good quality. I mean author has provided and has discussed the quality information which is useful. Author has supported his point of view along with the proper references. The conclusion part of this article is also strong. I have not found any negative points in conclusion part. Regarding the weakness of this article it seems that author has missed some important facts. I believe that author should have to add information or he may discuss the situations if HRM practices are practiced in a company. I also think that he should also present some statistical figures by comparing the output of the companies who follow the HRM practices and the companies who do not care about implication of good HRM policies and practices. When I think about this article for resonating it with my experience, I have found that I am much familiar with the concepts and ideas of HRM which have been discussed in this article by author. So this article provides me a chance for revision and recall of many of the ideas and concepts that I have learned through this semester. Although I have no experience of working as a professional in any workplace yet, but I believe that this article could be act as a guideline for me when I would be working as a professional.
