The Bravest Character I know and Why As a very confident important and brave character Jamie Grimm, from the book, “I Funny”, had faced many impossible and brave situations. As a comedian he was born to tell jokes and was a very bold person. Since he was very young , little Jamie as a kid had many difficulties. First he started off with a terrible accident which resulted, Jamie’s parents to die along with his sister. Jamie was also in the car, while the accident occurred, but he luckily survived with injuries. He had a very heart broken life which was very serious. He was admitted in the hospital, Hope Trust. Jamie was severely injured in his legs, so he had to always be seated in an uncomfortable wheel chair, for the rest of his life. Through all these serious difficulties, Jamie Grimm had managed many situations which was very fortitude of him. …show more content…

It was very hard for Jamie, that he had step parents instead of his own parents which was very bold of him to step up even though. But the big problem for him was a bully in his new school, Steve Kosgrov. He was one of the toughest bullies to be handled in school for all kids. He tortured all kids, mentally and physically. Jamie definitely had to manage to step away from some bullies so he could lead a pretty smooth life. Since he was in a wheel chair he had to be extra cautious from many bullies in his school. The worst thing was that Steve Kosgrov was his step brother, a mighty bully. Every single day Jamie was tortured by him which made his life forlorn. Jamie was not given a room in the house so he had to use the freezing garage as a room for himself. This for sure, for a kid, should take lots of self-determination to face these situations for him on a daily
