We may not have known it yet, but they were going to turn one of the best plays of the year. We are going into the bottom of the 6th inning.
It was a inning ending double play. I was starting to feel that we could do this and that we could actually win this game. But we knew it would be difficult without any of our good pitchers being available to pitch. It was the final inning of the game we had our best pitcher on the team out to throw the last inning. We all thought this was going to be an easy win from hear.
People think sports are just sports, but in reality to athletes it’s an escape from life, it’s our second family, and most important we feel like we belong there. Sports make you feel like your apart of something bigger than a team. Softball has been my second family and I have made so many amazing friendships that might last for the rest of life and even if they don’t, I will never forget all my friends or the memories that I have playing ball with
Every friendship and life lesson learned has happened by playing the sport that I love so much. From little league to college, baseball has taught me more than being an athlete. It has taught me how to work hard, and be passionate about what you love because it doesn’t last forever. Never take something you love for granted because it can be gone in the blink of an eye. Trust me, I’ve learned a few things over the

Often times, Babe was to be found helping out at hospitals or orphanages making sick and lonely children happy as can be. Babe Ruth also donated money to the orphanages as well hospitals, since he cared about children so much. The Great Bambino was also a huge role model to children since he made such positive impact on everyone around him, and was a great person in general. I was the starting 3rd baseman, I was either 2nd or 3rd in the batting lineup, I would always hit dingers that went way out there, and I was very quick to the ball and I had quick reflexes. I don’t know what there was about soccer, it was just relaxing to me. I enjoyed every minute of it and it wasn’t as frustrating to me as softball was. Like whenever I would lose a softball game, I would get really mad and I wouldn’t want to talk to anybody.
