Since I was young, I always remember the word I gave to my mom. “I want to be a doctor”. It’s neither lie nor compulsory word, or demand from my parents. All I knew in that moment was a picture of doctor who saved me at 2am every single night from severe asthma. That was a certain depiction I wish I could be.

Sathaka, an uncommon name I received when I arrived in this world on 1999. I studied in Catholic school for 6 years and later, I moved to Panyarat High School. Normally, the majority of my friends always study extra classes tremendously. However, me, always study something differently than others. I started to focus on what I want to be in the future, how can I accomplish in my life. Initially, I do know I want to be a doctor despite that it is the word from kid. How can you believe that the kid will be confident in their own promise. I’m not even believe in myself and how could other people will believe in me. Then, I found one teacher who help me to get through this. Not saying any word but just teach how to love and enjoy the subject genuinely. Once you love it, you will become itself. From nothing, now I start to develop the passion in science. That passion gradually initiate the confidence for me to pursue the career of doctor. Subsequently, everything is planned. Doctor in my term is not the person who hang stethoscope around their neck. I don’t want to be a doctor, I want to be a good doctor. Doctor with etiquette, generosity, and sincere heart to help people. In order to be the good doctor, you need to have passion. This passion must last longer and never disappear once you decided to do it. Even though you accessed, graduated or retired, you must remain your passion.
