Over the past few decades internet has become part and parcel of our daily activities. Internet in the form of information technology as well contributes significantly in enhancing the economy and citizens social life. In view of these, the concept of ICT had been applied in education, government, health, and businesses in the form of e-education, e-health care and eBusiness or eCommerce (Bonson, Torres, Royo and Flores, 2012; Bhuasiri, Xaymoungkhoun, Zo, Rho & Ciganek, 2012; DeLone & McLean, 2014).

Although differences of opinion still exist, but there appears to be some agreement that E-government refers to the application of ICT in public administrative or government management processes to enhance the range and quality of public services, to improve the efficiency of state management and delivering services of the most effective quality to citizens, businesses and other stakeholders. Therefore, the service quality encompasses a very important significance in the internet environment (e-service).
