There is a young lady who survived throughout through the Holocaust and the concentration camps working in the camps. Her name is Ibolya Dawidowicz (Ibi) Ginsburg. Ibi Ginsburg is born in Hungary with her family. Ibi was born on June 7,1924 in Hungary. Ibi was born in the city of Tokaj,Hungary in Europe. Ibi was born with her mom Emily,dad Herman,and her three sisters called Rachel,Judith,and Miriam. Ibi’s parents are named Emily and Herman Ginsburg. Ibi had no relatives during her time. Ibi also had no memories when she was a child. Ibi did have a friend named Val Waldemar. Ibi does celebrate some holidays, like the Jewish New Year. Ibi was forced to dig in the dirt almost all day. Sickness was spreading through the concentration camp and it was typhus. While her time in the concentration camps, Ibi noticed that Jews were dying during their stay. Ibi was close going to the gas chambers, but luckily survived from going to the concentration camp. Ibi and Judith were separated from their family and didn’t get killed in the concentration camps. After the concentration camp, Ibi,Judith,and her father went straight to the hospital to feel better. Ultimately,Ibi didn’t reconnect with her family after they’re cured from the hospital.The family stayed in Hungary for a little while and decided to leave. Meanwhile, Ibi did marry a man named Val Waldemar. Ibi did make a family with Val, who had two kids. The family did eventually leave Hungary and moved to West Yorkshire. Ibi did have an education of the holocaust for kids on what happened. Ibi didn’t give a message about surviving to kids. Ibi didn’t give any message, but if she did, it would be scary. I learned how many people has survived through the holocaust if they were Jews. The Jews that were in the concentration camp were brave and had courage to survive. The Jews did everything to survive, but some did die those. Some of the Jews did die and some were friendly. Eventually, Ibi died on February 19,
The article “Teens Against Hitler” by Lauren Tarshis, describes the great challenges Ben, his family, and many other Jewish families faced over the rule of Adolf Hitler and the Nazis amid World War II. Some parents didn’t want to let their children go, and she had to return to try to convenience them that the effort of getting them out to try to get them out, was better than leaving them in the Warsaw ghetto. The Warsaw ghetto was the largest ghetto in Poland. Since Irena lived there and worked there she had knowledge of where the best places were to smuggle the children out and how to do the best for the children in seeing to their safety. The Germans had ordered the Jews into these ghettos; There in these ghettos the families were literally trapped.
I will start off by telling you about Hanna Szper before the invasion of Poland in 1939. According to http://www.holocaustresearchproject.org/ar/belzec/belzecescape.html Hanna lived with her mother, her father and her older brother in Lublin, Poland. http://www.holocaustresearchproject.org/ar/belzec/belzecescape.html states that they lived in big house and were very fortunate. Hanna had many friends in her hometown and had a fairly normal life.

After learning about Brownian and others during this hard time I would like to acknowledge all of those alive during this time and show the world what happened so that we can be prepared to stop this terrible tragedy from happening again in any other country to anyone, no matter what their nationality or race is because I believe that we should all be treated as the same human being that you want yourself to be. In conclusion Brownian was a very strong and important human being who survived the holocaust even when none of the rest of her family could and should be recognized all around the world for her courage and bravery that led to a happy life, long after World War II
Imagine being torn from your home, forced into camps, discriminated against to the extreme, separated from your family, and possibly even killed just because of your religious beliefs. Many of Europe's Jews suffered this treatment. About 5-6 million jews out of 9 million Jews died in the holocaust. Marion Blumenthal-Lazan, was a jew who did not die. She should receive the Holocaust Medal of Honour.
Irena Sendler was also able to endure many events while helping to rescue Jewish children. Sendler endured torture and intense interrogations from the Germans, yet she refused to give up any information about the people she worked with or the children she smuggled, even though she was offered release. In Eva 's book, Surviving the Angel of Death: The Story of a Mengele Twin in Auschwitz, she explains the basic need of affection she and her sister had after liberation. She also expresses the great passion and love for the land of Israel and the security it provided for Holocaust survivors (Mozes 105). As adults, Eva and Miriam suffered serious health problems.
GEORGE GINZBURG. George Ginzburg is a holocaust survivor. He was born on the 25 of February1923 in Zoppot Poland. His parents were Russian immigrants that escaped from the Russian revolution and settled down in Berlin. George grew up as a Berliner, but it wasn’t until 1938 that George and his family had troubles with Nazi’s.
In the book, Auschwitz: A Doctor’s Eyewitness Account, by Dr. Miklos Nyiszli he tells us his story of his time in Auschwitz. In May of 1944 the author, a Hungarian Jewish physician, was deported with his wife and daughter by cattle car to the Nazi concentration camp, Auschwitz. Dr. Nyiszli is a Jewish survivor of the Auschwitz concentration camp which is located in Poland. Dr. Nyiszli eventually got separated from his wife and daughter, and volunteered to work under the supervision of Josef Mengele, the head doctor in the concentration camp. It was under his supervision that Dr. Nyiszli witnessed many innocent people die.
Anne Frank Explanatory Essay In the year 1933, the tragedy known as the holocaust began with Adolf Hitler. This event killed over 6 million people, and impacted many more. One family that was greatly affected were the Franks. In 1945 the Franks went into hiding.
These survivors who experienced this event, have been scarred for the rest of their life. We can listen to their stories but we can’t imagine and experienced what they have gone through. For example, Szymon Binke, Hilma Geffen, and Baker Ella, were the survivors of the Holocaust. Szymon Binke was born in 1931 in Poland, his family moved to the city after the Nazi’s invasion. Nazis deported his family to Auschwitz where his mother and sister were gassed, while, Szymon was placed in Kinder block but after sometime he ran away to meet his family in Auschwitz.
It was sad to be taken to a concentration camp because it meant that it was the end of your life.
During the Holocaust, Eva Mozes Kor, another holocaust survivor, shared a similar experience to the one of Simon Wiesenthal. Eva Kor had a twin sister named Miriam. Her family was sent to a ghetto in Simleul Silvanei in March of 1944. They were later then sent to Auschwitz. Once Eva and her family arrive to the Auschwitz railhead railroad of Auschwitz, the mother replied with yes.
