Nowadays, with the spread of English around the world, English has become the most widely used language in various fields of world. According to statistics, there are 74 countries about 2.13 billion people speak English as their mother tongue (Wikipedia, n.d.). Meanwhile there are also many countries use English as their second language, such as Japan, India. As a global language, English have a huge impact on the teaching policies and practicing of English in different parts of the world. Demand for English and American language centers has actually increased around the world, and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is now administered regularly in many places. The relevant parents assume that as the world-wide market value of English continues to rise, every young person will need it, at least as a lingua franca, and the more fluent ones will have a competitive edge over their peers. (Mufwene, 2010). Economic has influences many areas to encourage the common people who live there to use English in daily life, even there are more and more countries regard English as their first language even they have the other mother language at the same time, like HK, Singapore, India and so on.
