It is very important to all aspects in the government to improve the service levels. Yet, it is not easy to do, as different ways of ICT procedures by many different organizations in the government sectors and this could be the reason why government needs extra effort to maintain the ICT development for a country. Second, the efficiency, functionality, productivity, and effectiveness are a country needs to be developed.
