In some cases I faced being hated by stuff I say does not make any sense. However, it does feel it is clear to me. Not everything is people's fault in some cases it is yours. I learn it the hard way since I like making new friends to get to know them better and a standard standing where you will not be hated in anyways. After this chapter it is clear to me I can change the way I act, so I will be appreciated.
Negative self talk and self criticism often results in low self esteem and a lack of confidence. You may be very harsh on yourself, focusing in on all of your weaknesses and perceived flaws. Likewise, you may extend this habit of criticism to others in your life. This can be the cause of tremendous strain on relationships. Analyze and compare the thinking to reality.
Their power of criticizing and putting people down in real shame is extremely destructive. In addition to that, they've cause certain grueling anger to people. To the extent that, they wouldn’t care less if they burn down bridges and turn it to bad blood. Essentially, my point is simple, if we don't recognize and catch ourselves in the state of being critical, people will notice and you will lose some of the people you care about. In conclusion, it is a fact that you are, indeed, a kind of person who doesn't have decent manners.
According to Williams (2008) pessimists are those people who have low opinion in life. They tend to expect the worst in life and from others. Also, they have poor behavior in dealing with the people around them. When you are a pessimist you think that events that happens in your life such as failures are beyond your control when in fact you could have done something to avoid such bad event but you insisted that you cannot do anything
It keeps us bewildered and irked. It makes us waste our emotional energy in vain. It perturbs us and we lose our mental poise and pray to part soon as the last resort. It happens and unwillingly we experience such situations more often. But should we try to filter and find out the root reasons behind these malicious moments?
Exams, job applications, mortgage approvals, marriage consents and much more have outcomes that may or may not disturb us; however, a much more disturbing thing is not having any knowledge about them! The obscurity about outcomes gives us stress, depression, and anxiety, and that is the reason why people putt off impediment responsibilities. You have to cut it off before it starts to grow, right? That’s exactly what people think about their responsibilities. They delay what could eventually get on their nerves, make their heads hurt because of overthinking and exhaust them.
Life is made up of ups and downs. We all face challenges at some point in our lives. Some of them are easy to overcome while others are difficult. You may feel discouraged out of the problems you are going through thereby developing negative thoughts about yourself. These negative thoughts will make you dislike life with a passion.
Clear Your Mind Procrastination is a mindset. If you are like most of us, as the time approaches to begin working on a task, you will begin to think about the reason you really don't want to do it. Your thought are powerful and capable of detouring you away from acting. When this happens, you have a choice to make. If you give in, you will miss your scheduled task and afterwards feel terrible.
You ultimately become what you repeatedly do. If your habits aren’t helping you, they’re hurting you. Here are a few examples of the latter that will steal your happiness if you let them: 1. Focusing on everyone’s story except your own. Don’t be so satisfied with the success stories of others and how things have gone for them that you forget to write your own.
So, I need to correct it and did it again. It was very take times and makes me feel frustrated because I cannot perform my tasks well. Seniors will explain to me what the problem is and how to solve it. They will give time to me to do correction and also encourage me to not to be feel frustrated. Sometimes, I feel confusion when I loss the direction on how to perform my tasks.
