Yes, In the morning you are active so eat big like how the king eats all the healthy food of one huge table, in the afternoon a bit less like a prince, he is young and he needs energy to protect all of us, and evening time a small portion like a pauper who eats very little, as it will lie in your stomach all day. Before we analyse the importance of breakfast, I am pretty sure that the most of you would wonder that we humans tend to expect everything that we eat on this earth to taste delicious, offer plenty of nutritional benefits and be super-convenient for us. Student who eats breakfast tend to perform with better concentration, problem solving skills and eye-hand coordination. Additionally, breakfast provides energy for the brain and it has been shown to improve alertness which is important for learning. It also restores the body 's glucose level which is the brains energy source. An ideal healthy breakfast provides 25% of the total energy and nutrients required by the body. Moreover, many studies have been showing the relationship between breakfast eaters and a healthier nutritional intake. Student who eat breakfast are more likely to surpass their peers in paying additional attention in classroom, participate in activities, have speech fluency, and have good social behaviour. My dear children, I am sure that the most of us admires the World’s Fastest Man and a six-time Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt. 45 strides are needed by the top runners to cover 100 meters however, our very own Usain Bolt completes it in 40 strides. I have no idea why someone would want to take that away considering how much affect the meal has on your daily performance. Breakfast helps you stay focused, be calm, be in better moods, and have a better memory. Better memories can help on tests.
Considering that breakfast is one of most important meals of the day, this can affect a pupil mentally and they won’t. A way the school can help overcome this issue is by holding fundraising events to raise money for pupils that cannot afford school uniform, trips etc. Schools could also begin to provide free school meals for children of low income families so that their child can still have lunch at school without the added expensive cost. This means that they will be able to learn as normal and pay attention without being hungry and distracted during classes. Not necessarily things to make you want to eat school lunch, but could possibly change your opinions on it. Schools cannot put more nutrients than required, therefore if they do they could get in trouble because it is a required law to be followed. “These federal rules say that a school lunch can 't provide more than 30% of a child 's daily requirement of fat or 10% of saturated fat. Further, the lunch must provide at least one-third of the child 's daily requirements of protein and vitamins." (Healthy Lunches) "Researchers have found that students are better able to concentrate during the afternoon if they have eaten a well-balanced lunch that provides sustainable energy (unlike quick fix snacks such as candy bars or soft drinks, which lead to a rapid rise and fall in blood sugar levels).
Sleeping Schools Countless students all over the US struggle to keep their eyes open throughout the day because school classes start too early in the morning. If we were able to give an hour to students in the morning, we would see an increase in their physical mentality, their academic skill level, and an overall happier lifestyle. Many people will argue that starting school too late in the morning will cause after school activities -- such as sports and other clubs -- no time to meet before the night ends. But I must mention that we don’t need to push the start time that much later to see a huge improvement on student’s test scores, overall grades, and a student’s mood. The current school start time is unacceptable when thought about logically, and we must make the changes to have school start at a later time.

When I was ready for school, I sat down at the table and waited for everyone else to be ready. While I was waiting, I decided to make some breakfast for myself. Snacking has proven to increase energy rates, which would help students’ and schools if used right. Snacking would keep students minds focused on their work and what is going on in the classroom. Although some time may be lost during the extended breaks, it would be made up. There is no point for students to sit through a class on an empty stomach and not be paying attention. This would all be solved by students being able to eat in class because it helps the mind focus and stay on task.
Also, if school starts later you will be able to have a proper and healthy breakfast. It is important for students’ because with there growing bodies and developing brains they need regular refueling often, from food. When kids skip breakfast, they don’t get what they need to be at their best in school and at home. If you’re short on time you can just throw some fruit in a blender and make a delicious and nutritious smoothie.
I reviewed Lessons from the Lunchroom: Childhood Obesity, School Lunch, and the Way to a Healthier Future by Lindsey Haynes-Maslow and Jeffrey O’Hara and The $11 Trillion Reward by also Jeffrey O’Hara. Lessons from the Lunchroom is about how improving the health of food provided in the federal school system would improve the health of school-age children. A key point is that for Children in socioeconomically disadvantaged families, the healthy food options served in a school lunch are often the only chance they get to consume nutritious food.

One, it gives you energy for the day, and it is said to improve how you perform in school. SFgate says, “It is important to refuel children's glucose supplies with a healthy lunch. A healthy lunch can give children the energy they need to stay focused, pay attention in class, and learn the information presented to them in their classes after lunchtime.” Eating healthy when we are young, is very important when we are older as well. If we eat unhealthy habits when we are young, than we might have unhealthy habits when we are older.
