The Philippines, the first and only country in Asia which adapted Christianity, comprises a people of brilliance, resiliency, empathy, and compromise; the certain collective qualities which set the Filipinos apart from all others. In here rises the world’s greatest aspirants – artists, athletes, teachers, engineers, writers, businessmen, economists, intellectual, politicians, and leaders who has the capability and a heart; we are great not only of our ability to do what we are aspiring to, but that we are rich in love. Due to such a good soil of hope and a sea of possibilities, it is expected that there should be a strong root, a core of great strength, wisdom and valor, an elite fortress of justice and transparency which will run and lead this beautiful country to progress and prosperity. These are those leaders who are chosen and trusted by many to be able, willing, and good enough in all aspects to serve their motherland and fulfill the responsibilities to the country entrusted to them by the majority and by the Almighty God. The country’s officers must be of service to all and should aim well for the sake of common good. Democracy dictates that he/she must lead without partiality and to lead by serving. They are also ought to lead by example of morality, patriotism, and justice. They are accountable to every citizen of the country; to be loyal, to have integrity in all that they say or promise, and to be efficient in their duties. Thus failure to do these and to violate
