Introduction
Productive doctor-patient communication is a fundamental unit of a good clinical outcome. It is essential in the delivery of an efficient and high-quality health care. As Hall et al once said, “Medicine is an art whose magic and creative ability have long been recognized as residing in the interpersonal aspects of patient-physician relationship”. Therefore, the doctor-patient communication is considered to be the heart of medicine, (Fong Ha J, 2010). It is simply a way of conveying and sharing information effectively and efficiently.

In medical practice, communication is considered to be a fundamental skill. Good and effective communication skills include a lot of soft skills. It is a two-way process in which there is a verbal exchange of information and knowledge between two parties or more. In addition, patients’ dissatisfaction can lead to verbal and sometimes physical abuse of the health workers.
