Millennial want Education and Jobs, Not Metro and roads
Providing quality education and the sustainable livelihood is the main responsibility of the government, however, in Pakistan, the priority of administration lies elsewhere.
No doubt, infrastructure holds the immense significance in the development of any Country and determines the further progress. The Government should maximise its efforts to provide proper infrastructure to citizens and an environment where they can prosper. Well designed and efficient transportation system serves as a catalyst for impeccable economic growth. The current government has put their focus to building new roadways and improve overall infrastructure all over the Pakistan, so evident to their previous tenures in 90’s and also used it as leverage in their election campaign. But at the same time, government’s lack of interest towards education is the biggest cause of a concern, and the government is hardly making any efforts for the betterment of education sector.

According to the latest report of Alif Ailaan report, 25 million children have no access to the education, which makes Pakistan second highest Country with out of school children.
The report further states, total 23% children of primary school going age are out of school, and the number rises to alarming 85% at the higher secondary level.
And those who are able to get the higher education on their own, without the proper support of the government are not happy with the standard of education in the Pakistan. As the level of education in the Country and the method of the teaching is outdated and no way near the International standard. The education system of the Pakistan is full of flaws and doesn’t meet the criteria of quality education as per International
