Porter and Lawler (1967) explained that job performance is defined as the succession of an individual to achieves his or her role as the result from their own behavior. Robbins (1993) also defines job performance is the ability of a person to work in an organization to achieve the goals set by the organization. Job performance consists of the observable behavior that people do in their jobs that are relevant to the goals of the organization and that can be scaled and measured in terms of each individual’s proficiency which is, level of contribution (Campbell et al., 1993). Clear and open communication helps to encourage and strengthen relationships, which can assist employees in the reaching maximum productivity. In addition, effective communication prevents employees from being isolated, builds teamwork among them and creates a more positive environment in an organization. When the relationship among them are strong means that they are be able to trust one another, seek common goals and work together to achieve these common goals by giving a high performance. Furthermore, the managers in the company maintain a productive relationship with the staffs by holding regular departmental meetings, assisting and guiding employees in their work and progress and recommending them for the career development programs.
