Personally when I get the chance to express myself, I talk a lot, and I like to explore the problem with a professional guide. And in solution-focused brief therapy, problems are not analysed or talk in depth. Also the time is too short, when it comes to solution I like to obtain several ideas, plan A, plan B even a plan Y is necessary, but the therapy being short does not provide that luxury. And with the family approach, the gender separation might disturb me, and the lack emphasize on the emotional lives. I prefer the family therapy, because the problems or issues could be overcome by the support given, the relationship boundaries.
