INTRODUCTION A healthy lifestyle is very important in maintaining a good life and health. Its includes a positive actions such as a healthy food that contain fruits, vegetables, fiber, cereals, protein and substitutes unsaturated fats and oils for saturated fats. These changes have contributed to a significant decrease in the incidence of heart disease and some types of cancer. However, the recent studies have raised concern in significant percentage of students in this country, who are are over weight or obese to an extent that may decrease their life expectancy. Good exercise is another factor. Regular exercise at least three times a week can keeps the heart, lungs, muscles, and bones in a good health and slows the aging process. Food poisoning can affect one person or group of people who all ate the same food at the same place. It is more common after eating at picnics, school or university cafeterias, large social functions, food courts or restaurants. When viruses or bacteria get into the food, it is called contamination. Food poisoning can occur after eating or drinking such as; a) any food prepared by someone who does not wash their hand properly, b) any food prepared using cooking utensils, cutting boards and other tools that are not fully cleaned, c) raw foods, d) foods containing mayonnaise that have been out of the refrigerator too long, and etc etc. The symptoms often start within 2-6 hours after eating the food. The time may be longer or shorter, depending on the cause of the food poisoning.
