ABSTRACT
Today one of the most crucial need is to have a quick access to vital services like health care. But in today’s scenario it has became a major issue. People are not able to get quick access to health care services due to some very small issues which gave rise to the situation of life and death for an individual who is unable to get the access to these services. This research paper highlights some of the issues and provides a possible solution to the problem by amalgamating two different sectors (IT and Healthcare) together, which opens new doors of opportunity and possesses some challenges as well.

E health will provide a summary of health history of the patient throughout the country which will enable to keep track of their allergies, medications, immunizations. E health will enable the patient to share their important health information with other health care providers involved in their care. Let say, there is a patient X, Mr. X is a diabetic patient from past 10 years and he have consulted more than 3 doctors who have prescribed different medicines and treatment for him.
