In working world, culturally diverse workers do exist and with a proper management in this area will helps to reduce the flaws in working environment. There are several issues arise in workforce in health and wellness tourism specifically in Malaysia. First and foremost, the high turnover rate among labour workers. Increased in costs of selection and recruitment resulting in high employee turnover. The organisational productivity of certain company also affected as well as morale and motivation of remaining employees. On the other hand, low wages that being paid to the workers also affected the motivation of workers. All the works that have been assigned to them also plays the main role as if the manager gives them too much works with minimum time to be done will lead to stress and the salary is not escalates with the amount of works delegated. These problems will surely contribute to the high turnover rate amongst employees. As what we can see in health and wellness sector, amount of works are too many for example spas where the skilled workers are lacking in the premise and this one particular person has to bear all the demands from customers. The other issue that arises is the influx of foreign workers in health and wellness sector. This is widely can be seen as it is a main problem. In Health Wellness tourism premises also need to apply this. Basic principles, such as knowing to use an adhesive bandage or applying direct pressure on a bleed, are often acquired passively through life experiences.
