Firstly, what are factors that determine the effectiveness of the use of ICT in education and learning? Secondly, what are factors that determine the failure of the use ICT in education and learning? 3.2 Population and Sampling The population for this research was particularly in the learning process in higher education institutions in Indonesia and school teachers throughout Malaysia. A stratified random sampling was useful to select the sample for this research. Firstly, the administrative zones of all the states in Malaysia were recognized to trial fairness in choosing the schools according to the number of schools located in each zone. These were randomly selected from each zone according to their locations. More Technology In Schools Technology is big deal nowadays, Apple went from the small, bulky Iphone 3g to the Iphone X in the matter of 8 years! Since technology is evolving so much, why not put it in schools? His research focus deeply on the practices that has been done in classrooms to see if the students are using technology effectively and how the technology is helping them learn. The research results proved that all students held back from using the Internet and started using their brains to solve problems on their own. The students were able to pick which task they want to work on, and that shows that they are capable of taking care of their own learning. The results also proved that not just the students were able to take care of their learning and collaborate, but there is also collaboration between the teachers.
The promises of educational technology are phenomenal especially in the case of urban school districts. Technology is a versatile and valuable tool for teaching and learning and becoming a way of life. The most important thing is that teachers need to be prepared to use these technologies effectively.
