1. Teaching innovation.
As a researcher who has struggled to provide interdisciplinary innovative ideas in many projects, I strongly believe that innovation requires flexibility, experience and knowledge that is both comprehensive and deep. As an experienced teacher, however, I know that students must be comfortable with pivoting, adjusting and changing, often and without reluctance. Students must be willing and eager to learn all the time, and to learn rapidly and innovatively. In my teaching philosophy, students will be taught to create rather than produce, to lead rather than follow, and not to fear failure. Teaching everything in ways to provoke innovation and how innovation works, students should possess independent thinking and a strong ability to work outside of the comfort of structure. Therefore, I will prepare students to face risk and disruption, rather than graduates who expect structure and a job.

Inside the classroom, students should be treated with higher manners and respect and the classroom should not only be a place where they get knowledge, but also a place where they feel comfort and pleasure. Outside the classroom, students should have the best relation with the teacher, a relation that is as close as friendship. Staff-student relationship could also be enhanced by attending outside activities, such as, musical events, theatres, sport events, art/science exhibitions or even national and international conferences related to computer science.
