Internal information Internal information relates to the activities performed within the organization. Internal information includes accounting ledgers, payroll system, documents in the production department. If we see these are various types of example. Annual report, memos, and financial statement .This internal information is vital to the successful management of the organization.

The customer information has to be categorized according to the age, gender, address, saving account or current account etc...Then that information is added in their personal files.

Our commercial bank customer’s information and employee information is store on a profile and it is known as a good manner of storing information. The main purpose if we want to information we can get easily. If we see where we store our commercial bank’s information. We store in our computerized system.
Dissemination
Usually when the information is distributed through an invoice and there are chances for less accuracy. This may cause many problems in institution’s business functions. The dissemination should be handled by the relevant parties and it is their responsible to get the maximum use from it.
