it is a person who uses his influence and power to affect the behavior and attitudes of individuals around him to accomplish specific objectives. Importance of leadership 1) it is the loop access among employees and enterprise and perceptions of future plans. 2) It is the melting-pot in which all concepts, strategies and policies are fused in. 3) To build up the positive forces in the organization and reduce the negative aspect as possible. 4) Solve problems, and resolve the differences between the views and weighting. 5) Provide the development, training and care for individuals considering they are the most important wealth of the company, and that individuals are choosing the leader to be their role models. 6) Keep going with the surrounding and using them to serve the firm variables. 7) Make it easier for the organization to achieve the desired goal.
