When we watch any of the film, we watch and focus a lot on the Mise en scene. Mise en scene are consists of all the various aspects and elements, that is portrayed for the camera to be recorded. For example the setting of the set, props that were used, the way to handle lighting control, makeups and outfits, actor’s gestures and facial expressions. Even camera movements and cinematography is under the art of Mise en scene. In general, Mise en scene refer to the time and places. Also the circumstances in which something take place or happen. It also applies to the entirety of any given shot like for example the props that was filmed and the way it was framed in the camera. Ed Sikov’s Film Studies called An Introduction once define Mise en scene as “ Everything-literally everything-in the filmed image is described by the term Mise-en-scene:
